New York Green Bank
Green Housing Prioritization Map

The New York Green Bank (NYGB) committed to deploy $150M in green affordable housing financing and issued RFP18 to solicit proposals for projects, both new construction and major renovation.

David Davenport, Managing Director at NYGB, presented at the Advanced Energy Group Q1 2024 Stakeholder Challenge in January 2024, challenging attendees to help the NYGB identify candidate properties for more targeted outreach and solicitation under their RFP18.

I led a volunteer task force with Omar Duran and Rebecca Biros which developed and delivered an online prioritization map in ArcGIS Online to the NYGB, as a tool for the agency to find properties with potential for project activities that meet the RFP criteria.
